In November 2020, Apricus Digital was founded in Atlanta, Georgia as an agency centered on high-quality, trustworthy, and story-driven marketing. Since then, Apricus Digital has worked with local and state chambers of commerce such as the Robins Regional Chamber in Warner Robins and the Georgia Chamber in Atlanta. Other clients have included Welk Resorts, Hyatt Vacation Club, Marriott International, Influencers Church, Futures Church, Grace Life Church, Right From The Heart, BDA Development Ministries, and Ambazz Records.

  • We are happy to work with clients on a month-to-month or retainer basis. All hourly work must be agreed to before the contract begins and at least 30-days written notice is required. Retainers may be set for 12-month or ongoing basis. All terms will be decided on a client-by-client basis depending on your needs and budget.

  • Absolutely! You can even switch out services on a month-to-month basis, as long as longer delivery time isn’t required to meet your request. We may also be able to accommodate additional services not listed on our website!

  • We prefer semi-monthly or monthly payments for all contracts, regardless of service type. We are more than willing to work with your accounting team to make it easier on everyone.

  • A 100% early termination fee applies to any retainer agreement cancelled within the initial 90 days. For ongoing retainers, the retainer fee will be 100% of the first year. For 12-month retainers, the fee will be pro-rated for the time remaining in the contract. A 30-day grace period applies for all retainer contracts in case we aren’t a good fit.
